I’ve been doing this daily thanks to you! I feel like my hunger/energy is more even and I think is starting to help my lifelong plight of having a slow digestive system. 🫠
I put 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp psyllium husk and 1 tbsp ground flax in my smoothie every day. Once I started covering those things in water overnight (it makes a freaky lil’ gel), my smoothie texture improved dramatically!! Gloop it UP.
