Prequel skincare, hypochlorous acid spray from skinsmart, ice roller and rx Sulfacetamide Sodium / Sulfur face wash from my doc (rx)

When I have a flare, I wash my face gently, spray my hypochlorous acid, use plenty of gentle lotion and probably add some cerave healing ointment to lock in the moisture. Good luck!!
